Scenes That Landed Actors in the Trash

Ok. So based on the title of this page, you guys might be thinking that I’m going to list scenes that ruined the careers of various actors. Not quite what I was going for, but I might consider that later. I’m talking about scenes in movies and tv shows that literally have actors…land in trash! A lot of you think these guys have it easy. Just show up, say a few lines, and look pretty for the camera. Nah. Sometimes, they gotta get down and dirty. Falling into dumpsters, landing in trash piles and garbage trucks, and sliding down garbage chutes are just a few ways these actors get trashed. Check out these scenes below and you’ll see what I mean!

Ace Ventura: Pet Detective

In an early scene in the movie, Ace Ventura, a pet detective played by Jim Carrey, is seen on the roof stalking a rare albino pigeon. The pigeon is worth a large sum of money. Ace is determined to do whatever it takes to catch it. After a few seconds, he finally dives to catch it, but misses and the bird flies off. Ace then slides off of the roof and lands in a pile of garbage. Check out the scene right here!

Men in Black

In one scene, Agent J, played by Will Smith, is forced to use a “noisy cricket” gun as his weapon. He uses it once to shoot a bad guy while in a jewelry store. The “noisy cricket” packed a punch and launched J backward into the wall. The guy then proceeds to make an escape in an extermination truck. J runs out of the store to shoot the truck. The second shot launches him backward again, this time in a big pile of trash. Here’s the scene right here!

Now You See Me

In one of the most exciting chase scenes, Dylan Rhodes (played by Mark Ruffalo) chases Daniel “Danny” Atlas (played by Jesse Eisenberg) down a garbage chute. They both end up landing in a pile of junk and bags of trash. See the scene right here!

Another Stakeout

In one gross, yet hilarious trash scenes, Chris Lecce (played by Richard Dreyfuss) gets into a fight with a serial killer (played by Steven Lambert). Lecce draws a gun catching the killer. The killer tries to escape by going the other way, but Lecce’s partner, Bill Reimers (played by Emilio Estevez), stops him. The killer then hurls himself at Lecce, who is standing on a fire escape. They both wind up falling off of the escape and landing in a conveniently placed garbage truck. After a dumpster full of garbage is dumped on them, they both engage in a brawl that leaves them both filthy and funky! Check out this great scene right here!

Underclassman

In the beginning scene of the movie, Officer Tracy “Tre” Stokes is pushed into a pile of garbage, before an exciting truck chase begins. See the scene right here!
