After a long day, what are some of the best ways to unwind? To name a few, watching tv, reading a book, and playing with pets are perfect.   • Oxygen – Without this, life literally wouldn’t exist. Oxygen is important for our bodies because it is inhaled into our lungs. That same oxygen is carried throughout the body by red blood cells.
  • The Nervous System – the part of the body that literally tells it what to do. From the brain to the lungs to the limbs that move, the nervous system gives instructions on how the body needs to function.

  • It Can Prevent Obesity – It has been shown in studies that the antioxidants in wine (particularly white wines) have controlled cholesterol levels and burned fat stored in the belly.
  • Increases Bone Strength – As the human body ages, the bones become thinner and weaker. This leads to osteoporosis, which can be prevented by a healthy intake of wine.

And of course, wine covers the four main things the body needs. It’s proivdes the food through grapes; and those grapes contain the nutients, vitamins, and necessary carbohydrates. It also provides the water needed for the body. And as we’ve seen from the listed benefits, it can do quite a bit to improve our oxygen flow and nervous system.

This may come as a shock (and possible dismay) to white wine lovers, but the healthiest wines are the red ones. Now I’m not saying completely stop drinking white wine. It’s like soda or coffee. Just Enjoy It In Moderation. That being said, here are some of the best red wines for your health:
