You guys know quite a bit about of things about me just by . A few things would be that I’m an educator, a musician, a composer/arranger, and I am a huge fan of roller coasters. Another great thing to know about me is that I love something that so many others love too. I love food!! All sorts of food! Asian, Mexican, Indian, African, Jamaican, soul, you name it! One type of food that I sometimes can’t get enough of is barbecue. It’s so many things about this type of food. The grilling, the seasonings, and yes…the sauces! Give me some barbecue chicken, brisket, and ribs any day; especially with a mouth-watering sauce. A sauce so good that it’s Lip-Lickin’ Good!
