One “Snap” Does The Brain Good!

Do you ever have that moment where your mind is in a daze? That moment in the day where you’re mentally exhausted and can’t focus? The last couple hours with my students, my mind tends to wander anticipate the end of school. At the end of the day, I come home tired and mentally drained. Altogether, a common case of Brain Fog. Brain Fog

Brain fog is pretty much exactly what it sounds like. Think of it as fog in your brain. Have you ever been in your car and struggled to drive through the hard-to-see-through mist that appears early in the morning and sometimes even late at night?

  3. Rid the body of stress – It’s easier said than done. We all have to work. Some of us may be in school. Others are stay-at-home/single parents. The stress is real for it all! But it’s important to manage that stress. If it’s around all the time, not only will you have brain fog, but much more serious conditions may develop. These include hypertension and sleep apnea.
